Purchase of IPR

     We purchase intellectual property rights (IPRs) in the form of patents and similar intellectual property rights, confidential technical information (know-how), or copyrights relating to software source code. This occurs in the following cases:

• When a patent owner wishes to monetize its rights and after we have thoroughly assessed the IPR.
• When one of our clients asks us to purchase some IPRs, which he later buys from us.
• When one of our clients wishes not to openly own an invention but nevertheless wants to enjoy the same benefits.
